Business Essential and Professional are fixed prices. The Custom Web & Software plan is scoped after a discovery call to give you an accurate, honest quote.
Do you offer payment in installments?
Yes. We typically work on a 50% upfront and 50% on delivery basis. Custom arrangements can be discussed for larger projects.
What's included in "support"?
Bug fixes, minor content updates, performance checks, and technical advice. Major new features are scoped separately.
Do you handle hosting and domain setup?
We help you set up and configure hosting (Vercel, AWS, etc.) and DNS. Hosting costs are separate and paid to the provider.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
